Portales Community Developers , LLC, brings together the passion, expertise and financial wherewithal needed to bring a project like Prairie Walk from a concept to reality.  The team of Mark Kinsley and Bruce Hamon bring over 50 years of land acquisition, development, construction and home building experience to the company.  In addition, Portales Community Developers has top talent in procuring entitlements, site planning, infrastructure construction and construction management.

As a senior executive for Fortune 500 homebuilders, Mr. Kinsley has been instrumental in acquiring, developing and building thousands of homes in markets from Nevada to the Mid-Atlantic region ranging from large master planned communities to military housing for our service men and women.  Many of these communities are located throughout New Mexico and Colorado. As the planning process evolves, Portales Community Developers understand how the design of a development and its homes determines the long-term value of a home, neighborhood and community.

Mr. Hamon has been the President and CEO of Hamon Contractors, Inc. for over 20 years and has been involved in the planning and construction of numerous public and private projects throughout New Mexico and Colorado.  Mr. Hamon’s expertise ranges from planning and entitlement of master planned communities to the construction of utility infrastructure, roads, bridges and highways. Mr. Hamon’s expertise allows Portales Community Developers to deliver well-planned projects at a reasonable cost to our customers.
